01Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use Swing Glider, a game by an independent developer. It applies to the current version of Swing Glider.

02Information We Collect

The current version of Swing Glider does not directly collect or store personal information through the game itself. The developer does not sell or share personal data for advertising purposes.

03Accounts

You do not need to create a user account to use Swing Glider. The current version has no online multiplayer, no game server operated by the developer and no in-app purchases.

04Analytics and Advertising

The current version contains no advertising and uses no analytics or tracking technologies implemented by the developer. Firebase Analytics is not used. No external crash-reporting service, such as Sentry, is used.

05Third-Party Platforms

Swing Glider is intended for distribution through third-party platforms such as Google Play and the Apple App Store. These platforms may independently process data under their own privacy policies. That processing is governed by the privacy policies of the respective platform operators.

06Children's Privacy

The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through Swing Glider.

07Website Language

The website uses your browser’s preferred language: German for a German language setting, and English otherwise. The web server reads the language preference sent by your browser; it does not use your IP address to select a language. You can change the language at any time. This choice does not require cookies or local storage.

08Beta Applications on This Website

When you submit a beta application, your contact and any platform account email addresses, selected platforms and message are sent through our hosting email service to beta@swingglider.ch. We use them to review your application and contact you about testing. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter. You can request deletion at privacy@swingglider.ch. After you enter a valid email address and give your consent, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded to check for automated submissions; Cloudflare processes technical browser and connection data for this purpose under its privacy policy. Your application text is not sent to Cloudflare. To limit abuse and duplicate submissions, the form temporarily stores pseudonymous request identifiers and counters, without the original IP address or application text. Expired technical records are removed on subsequent submissions after no more than 24 hours of validity. A separate pseudonymous identifier for each successfully submitted email address is retained for the beta application process to prevent further applications from the same address.

09Newsletter Sign-up on This Website

The newsletter form becomes available after Brevo is configured. If you separately agree to receive news, your email address is sent to Brevo to issue a confirmation email. You join the Swing Glider newsletter list only after clicking its confirmation link. You can unsubscribe through the link in every newsletter or request deletion at privacy@swingglider.ch. Cloudflare Turnstile checks newsletter requests for automation and processes technical browser and connection data; your email address is not sent to Cloudflare. To limit repeated requests, this website temporarily stores pseudonymous IP and email identifiers, never the original values.

10Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the features or data practices of Swing Glider change. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
